Train vs vehicle crash shuts down portion of Highway 78

DORCHESTER COUNTY, S.C. (WCBD) – Authorities are responding Saturday night to a collision between a train and vehicle.

The crash happened near Highway 78 and Fabricators Street, according to the Dorchester County Sheriff’s Office.

Highway 78 is shut down indefinitely. Motorists should find another route.
