Haley to hold campaign rally in N. Charleston

NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCBD) – Republican presidential candidate Nikki Haley will hold a campaign rally in North Charleston, following her loss in New Hampshire on Tuesday.

In New Hampshire’s GOP primary, Trump led with 54.6%, nearly 11 points ahead of former South Carolina Gov. Nikki Haley.

Haley’s rally will be held in the Grand Ballroom of the Embassy Suites by Hilton Charleston Airport Hotel & Convention Center on International Boulevard. Doors will open at 5 p.m. and the rally will begin at 7 p.m.

With only a month away from the Republican primaries, Haley has already lost two states to frontrunner Donald Trump. Despite her setback, Haley vowed that she would not back down.

“This race is far from over. There are dozens of states left to go,” Haley said.

South Carolina’s Republican presidential primary will be held on February 24.
