Multiple agencies respond to structure fire in Wild Dunes Monday

ISLE OF PALMS, S.C. (WCBD) – Several agencies responded to a Monday night fire in Wild Dunes.

According to the Isle of Palms Police Department, the crews responded to a structure fire off of Palmetto Drive shortly after 8:07 p.m. The fire started at the Mariner’s Walk Villas.

Palmetto Drive was closed in the area, however it has since reopened. People are asked to avoid the area as crews work to get the fire under control.

This is the second structure fire on the Isle of Palms within the past two days.
