Road closures for Charleston St. Patrick’s Day parade: CPD

CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCBD) – Charleston’s St. Patrick’s Day parade is Saturday, and Charleston Police have announced road closures in anticipation of the event.

9:10 a.m. – Radcliffe Street will shut down between Thomas Street and King Street, and Ann Street will close from King Street to right past Music Farm.

9:55 a.m. – King Street will close from Radcliffe Street to Broad Street for the parade duration.

Charleston Police said they expect all traffic to return to normal by noon Saturday.

The parade route will begin at Hibernian Hall at 105 Meeting Street, head south to Broad Street, east to East Bay Street, proceed north to Queen Street, then circle back south on Meeting Street, and end at Hibernian Hall, CPD said.
