Warm weather for St. Patrick’s Day weekend

CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCBD) – The weather is looking nice and warm as the Lowcountry is gearing up for St. Patrick’s Day shenanigans.

Storm Team 2 says the weather looks mainly dry and partially cloudy throughout St. Paddy’s Day weekend. Temperatures are expected to reach around 80 degrees. The weather is not expected to change until late Sunday night when the highest risk of rain is expected.

“The greatest coverage of rain will be after dark,” says Meteorologist Josh Marthers. “As rain chances go up through the evening hours and towards the evening hours. And then after midnight, we see some improvement.”
