Utility work could impact traffic at Rivers Avenue and Ashley Phosphate Road on Tuesday
NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCBD) – Drivers may see heavy traffic Tuesday near the intersection of Rivers Avenue and Ashley Phosphate Road.
Crews with Dominion Energy will begin working on lights at the intersection at 10:00 a.m.
Deputy Chief Karen Cordray with the North Charleston Police Department (NCPD) said the work could take anywhere from 30 minutes to several hours.
North Charleston officers will be directing traffic at the intersection while the work is being completed.
Drivers are asked to use alternative routes if possible.
