Crews respond to Tuesday house fire in Mount Pleasant
MOUNT PLEASANT, S.C. (WCBD) – A home was damaged during a Tuesday afternoon house fire in Mount Pleasant.
Firefighters with the Mount Pleasant Fire Department responded to a home on Fort Palmetto Circle in Oyster Point after receiving a call around 1:35 p.m.
Crews arrived to find a two-story home with smoke coming from behind. Inside, officials said the fire was found going upstairs from the garage.
The fire was quickly extinguished and no injuries were reported.
Isle of Palms fire crews assisted with the call.
