Brittney Griner And Her Wife Cherelle Welcome Their New Son Just Before The 2024 Olympics

WNBA superstar Brittney Griner and her wife, Cherelle, are officially new parents! The couple, who recently celebrated their 6th anniversary, welcomed their first son this month on July 8.
Brittney, who is representing Team USA at the 2024 Olympics, shared her baby news during an interview with CBS Sports. “I’m super excited,” she gushed while appearing on the network’s We Need To Talk.
“That’s my man. He is amazing,” she continued.
“They said as soon as you see them, everything you thought mattered just goes out the window,” Britney said on July 19. “That’s literally what happened.”

Brittney Griner gushes about her new son, Bash, says her cell phone memory now belongs to him.
Brittney continued gushing about her new baby, who, according to People, is named Bash. The famous hooper said that she looks forward to being a “pops.” But also knows her time with Bash will be limited as she heads to France.
“It kind of sucks because I’ve got to leave, but at the same time, he’ll understand,” the WNBA player and gold medal winner shared as she takes on the global stage once again.
“My whole phone is turned into him now,” she said to host Terrika Foster-Brasby after joking about having several pictures of Bash.
While Brittney and Cherelle haven’t released official newborn photos yet, we’ll be ready to see our new internet nephew when they do.
The birth of their son comes just 19 months after Brittney’s public release from Russian captivity and triumphant return to professional sports. Bash represents a new chapter in the couple’s life and is an adorable testament to resilience, strength, and love.
