‘False Fall’ continues into Wednesday – risk of showers
CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCBD) – The ‘false fall’ temperatures continue into Wednesday and Storm Team 2 says it will not be as humid.
The expected temperatures are in the low to mid-80s and residents can expect a mostly sunny day – with a slight risk of showers.

“Now we’re going to keep some scattered clouds in the forecast but generally speaking it’s going to be a sunny day,” says meteorologist Josh Marthers.
Thursday’s winds are expected to pick up and last through Saturday. Storm Team 2 says there’s a chance for gusts up to 30 mph near the coast and on bridges.
Storm Team 2 is watching an area of disturbed weather that has a risk of reaching the Lowcountry on Friday.

“It’s a little early to tell if this is going to be a big rainmaker for us tomorrow night and Friday – it’s all going to be placement of that little wave of low pressure that moves along the front,” Marthers added.
