Crash involving charter school bus in Hanahan leaves 1 injured

HANAHAN, S.C. (WCBD) – Hanahan Police responded to a Tuesday morning crash between a charter school bus and a vehicle.

The accident happened on North Rhett and West Lakeside around 6:40 a.m., according to Hanahan Police Chief Rick Gebhardt.

The bus was not carrying any students at the time.

One person suffered a non-life-threatening injury and was taken to a local medical facility for treatment.
