Police investigating shots fired on Rifle Range Road
MOUNT PLEASANT, S.C. (WCBD) – Police shut down a section of Rifle Range Road after responding to a report of shots fired Wednesday afternoon, according to the agency.
Ashley Croy with Mount Pleasant Police said the roadway near Mack Road has since reopened.
Police received a call where the complainant said multiple shots were fired. No injuries have been reported, according to Croy.
Investigators confirmed that shots were fired and the involved individuals are still on the scene.
Law enforcement is still investigating the scene. There is no danger to the public.
