Man wanted for car break-ins found hiding under porch

MOUNT PLEASANT, S.C. (WCBD) – The Mount Pleasant Police Department arrested a man for breaking into vehicles early Thursday morning.

Authorities say officers responded to a reported vehicle break-in on Hidden Boulevard at approximately 2:51 a.m.

Officers determined that the suspect was a male wearing a black top and light pants from surveillance footage.

Upon searching the area, officers found a suspect who matched the description under the porch of a residence.

Nakia Laron German was charged with Breaking into Motor Vehicles X2.
