Brother charged with murder after missing man found dead in N. Charleston warehouse
NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCBD) – A 54-year-old man has been arrested in connection with the death of his brother.
Officers with the North Charleston Police Department responded to Carolina Sound Communications on Southrail Road late Wednesday night for a report of a missing person.
The individual was reported missing through the Charleston Police Department. Detectives from the agency also responded to the business to execute a search warrant for their case.
Harve Jacobs, a spokesman for North Charleston police, said the missing man was found dead inside a warehouse with an apparent gunshot wound.
The death was considered a homicide. The victim’s brother, Charles Gordon Perry, was arrested on a charge of murder.
The victim’s identity has not yet been released.
