The new season 12 of ‘Love & Hip Hop Atlanta’ drops January 7th on MTV.  Karlie Redd and Scrappy sit down with Radio/TV personality Jazmyn Summers to spill the tea.

Karlie. Everybody is coming for my marriage. It’s crazy. As soon as I got married, everybody got something to say about it or something to say about my husband. These exes are coming. I don’t know why they don’t want to see someone happy. Some of my friends don’t want to see me happy. One of my exes joined together with my husband’s ex and they decided to come up with something messy against us. I have real female stalkers. Girls are coming for us saying that they slept with my husband when we were together and things like that. But I’m trying to be a new Karlie and stay calm.

WHAT DO YOU LOVE ABOUT TLO.  EVERYONE SAYS HE’S MAAD RICH

Karlie:  It is really not about the money, it’s about the love that I have for him. And of course I’m not tolerating no cheating. Never in a million years. I don’t care who you are. I’m not tolerating cheating. But I just knew from the beginning that I wanted to marry him.  Married life is different. I love it. But you can’t do the same things you was doing when you were single and that’s it. You just can’t but I’m happy. For me, it’s lonely out there when you single.

WHAT’S THE BEST PART OF BEING MARRIED?

The best part is that I have someone that I could say, okay, you know what? I’m fighting for this. I want this. It’s three things that I look for. Are you in a God relationship the same way that I  am. Are you a family man? Are you willing to take care of my family and our family together? Are you willing to create generational wealth together.

HOW DO Y’ALL KEEP IT SPICY?

Role play. We have a lot of fun. I like to play cheerleader.

WHAT ABOUT YOU AND BAMBI? YOU WERE BEEFIN’ SO MUCH IT GOT PHYSICAL

Karlie:  I made up with Bambi, but I just have boundaries. I had PTSD with all my friends. That’s just how I am, don’t contact my husband. don’t contact my man. That’s just me. I’ll always have love for her. I still got love for her. Something happen to her, I’m coming running because that’s just how sisters are. We fight, but then we get back together. It’s all love at the end of the day. That’s real sister love. Now do I trust her anymore? No.

SCRAPPY, YOU HAVE A NEW BABY BOY WITH A NEW BABY MAMA.  HOW DOES IT FEEL TO BE A DADDY AGAIN? ARE YOU TRYING TO CATCH UP WITH NICK CANNON?

Scrappy:  It feels like it did last time. I’ve been a daddy for 20 years now. I got a 3-year old, a 19-year-old,  four and six. Now I got the new baby. His name is Kyrie. Beautiful little handsome little guy. I just love kids. Love my babies.

THE RUMOR WAS YOUR NEW SON AND BABY MAMA CAUSED SOME PROBLEMS WITH ERICA DIXON, ONE OF THE OTHER MOTHERS.  

Scrappy:  . You just got to watch. I can’t really give up the details on the situation.

Karlie: You planning on having any more children? If it happens, it happens, or are you going to tie it up

Scrappy:  No, I never am getting a vasectomy. Never cutting it.

AY LUCIANI MADE UP WITH BAMBI AND YOU WERE LIKE, AW, BUT HAVE YOU MADE UP WITH AMY BECAUSE YOU HAD BLOCKED  AND UNFOLLOWED HER. WHY ALL THAT DRAMA?

Scrappy:  I did that cuz I ain’t want to be a part of my kid’s mom drama. Somebody going against my kid’s mom,  I ain’t want to be a part of that. Don’t use me for nothing against my kid’s mama. I’m not finna even go for that. But me and Amy we’re cool now.

SHE IS BOO’D UP WITH DWIGHT HOWARD NOW.  ARE YOU A LITTLE JEALOUS?

Scrappy: No. Look at him. Not even a little bit. That (me and Amy) was something that wasn’t even real to me. I just showed up one day and everybody was like, are you talking to Amy, I was like, what? We just went out and I did something playful with the girl just to let her know this is playful, this is not nothing.

WHAT ABOUT YOUR SMOKE WITH KHAOTIC?  IS HIS BEEF JUST FOR CLOUT?

Scrappy:  Yeah. He just like to use my name.

DO YOU EVER MAKE UP.  WHAT WOULD IT TAKE?

Scrappy:  God himself haS to come to me and tell me that he would want me to be around such a creature. Once you find out somebody your enemy, you don’t just sit back next to ’em. I ain’t like that. I don’t do that. Once I know you against me and you going to try to ruin me, that’s it.. But I was just around the dude in London. I ain’t touch him. I kept my paws to myself and just kept enjoying myself.

Y’ALL GO TO LONDON AND ARE BIG STARS THERE.

Scrappy:  I couldn’t believe we were known in Britain.  It was crazy though. Somebody got stabbed for they watch and they ain’t even take the watch.  Not from us, but some regular person in London. But we was able to be tourists out there. We seen the Big Ben clock, man. We were riding around seeing where the king stay at.

Karlie:  And I saw where Princess Diana got married.

Scrappy: It was an emotional rollercoaster for me though. Because it was flag on the plays.

YOU THREW A FLAG ON LIL ZANE’S PLAY WHEN YOU ACCUSED HIM OF FLIRTING WITH ANOTHER WOMAN. WHY?

Scrappy:  I’m standing up for marriage. Karlie standing up for marriage. You feel me? When I see married people and I know you got a good thing going, I just remind them like, hey,

Karlie: So if you knew, if you found out that my husband was cheating on me, would you tell me?

Scrappy: Karli, you worked for the other side for years. But Nah, what I’m saying is I would tell him he need to get it right. I ain’t finna come get in y’all business and be like, oh Karlie  he over there. No, I’m gon’ tell him like, hey bro, tap in bro. Get it right bro. Because that ain’t a good look.

A LOT OF FOLKS WONDER HOW MUCH IS FAKE AND HOW MUCH IS REAL ON LHH. I WAS CHOPPING IT UP WITH PLEASURE P FROM ANOTHER LHH FRANCHISE. HE SAID HIS WHOLE RELATIONSHIP WITH SHAY WAS FAKE.

Scrappy:  What’s real is Karlie really married and I’m really single as f**k.

Scrappy:  They already done it and Imma reply to the ones I might like,

WHAT ARE YOUR BAD HABITS?

Karlie: My bad habit is me being late. My husband tell me all the time. I do not like your lateness. He hates it.. But I’m working on it. And this year the goal is to not be late for anything.

Scrappy:  Being spoiled. I get spoiled, man

Karlie: Are you like a sugar mama spoiled?

Scrappy:  No, I got women coming over to massage my feet and rubbing my back and stuff. Cook for me.  Clean. Know what I’m saying? All that stuff, man.

WHATS NEXT BESIDES LHH FOR YOU?

Scrappy: I’m just really chilling. Just trying to get the building right so I can take care of my kids. Getting my mind right,  Doing stuff to keep my mental health together and help other people. I got a foundation fixing to come out for men’s mental health.

Karlie: It’s all about time management and staying focused. I’m super hands-on with everything I do. Whether it’s acting, music, or my businesses, I give it my all. My team helps keep me grounded, but I stay involved because it’s my name and my legacy.  It’s definitely challenging being in the public eye all the time. The scrutiny can be overwhelming, but I’ve learned to block out the noise and focus on what really matters—my family, my career, and my peace of mind.  People think they know me just from what they see on TV, but there’s so much more to me. I’m a mother, a businesswoman, and someone who’s constantly evolving. I’m not just the drama you see on screen.
