Megan Thee Stallion’s Paris Fashion Week Look Is Otherworldly

Megan The Stallion transcended time and space in her otherworldly ensemble worn at the breathtaking fashion showcase for Indian designer Gaurav Gupta’s Across The Flame show during Paris Fashion Week on Jan. 29.

Inspired by the designer’s near-fatal fire accident, which he experienced alongside his wife, Navkirat Sodhi’s, Megan Thee Stallion looked as though she had stepped straight out of a modern sci-fi film. She wore Gupta’s latest creation, the Chakric Drape Chain Gown, at Wednesday’s event, embodying the bold, futuristic vision behind the outfit.

Megan wore a stunning headdress shaped like a serpent, intricately designed with silver chains and small pearls woven throughout. Staying true to her “chakra alignment” in this extraterrestrial ensemble, she paired the headdress with a body chain crafted from silver embellishments. The outfit also featured pants and a lacy bodysuit that hugged her curves perfectly. To complete the look, Megan sported fierce, alien-inspired nail polish that gave her fingers an elongated, otherworldly appearance.

In an Instagram post shared on his official page, Gupta said he was honored to have worked alongside Megan to construct the avant-garde ensemble.

“Megan is a cosmic force and working with her to craft this disruptive piece that embodies the spirit of tribal India has been exhilarating. Her willingness to explore and push boundaries made the collaboration a monumental moment,” he penned.

While Across The Flame takes direct reference from Gupta’s scary incident, the collection is reflective of the intensive healing process that he and his wife underwent in the aftermath of their dark accident.

The collection, rich with gold metallic designs, crystal embellishments, and flowing satin elements, drew inspiration from themes of love and the body’s ability to transcend the physical realm. Each meticulously crafted piece incorporated anatomical and mythological elements, as explained in Gupta’s post on Wednesday.
