I-26 crash slowing eastbound traffic near Aviation Avenue

NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCBD) – Morning commuters on I-26 may see delays in traffic after an eastbound crash Tuesday morning.

The crash occurred just before 6 a.m. on I-26 eastbound near mile marker 211.

This is just before the Aviation Avenue interchange.

The crash prompted the closure of two lanes, causing a backup in traffic near the scene.

SCDOT traffic cameras show crews working the crash.

We have no word on any injuries as of now.
