Highway 174 reopens after Tuesday morning crash with injuries

CHARLESTON COUNTY, S.C. (WCBD) – Charleston County deputies are responding to a Tuesday morning crash on Highway 174.

The highway is shut down at Oak Estates Way on Edisto Island.

Officials with the Charleston County Sheriff’s Office said there were injuries associated with the crash.

Drivers are asked to find an alternate route.
