Officers investigate double homicide at Summerville apartment complex

SUMMERVILLE, S.C. (WCBD) – The Summerville Police Department (SPD) is actively investigating a double homicide at an apartment complex.

Officers responded to the Gate of Summerville on Friday after receiving a 9-1-1 call.

News 2 crew at the scene said there were two victims found inside a vehicle.

The Summerville Police Department said the scene was safe and that there was no danger to the public.
