Severe thunderstorm warning issued in Lowcountry

CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCBD) – A severe thunderstorm warning has been issued for portions of the Lowcountry on Sunday afternoon.

The warning is active for Berkeley, Charleston, and Dorchester counties until 6:30 p.m.

Forecasters say gusty winds and small hail are likely in the warned area.
