While much of the allure behind once-reigning daytime queen Wendy Williams comes from her now-cancelled namesake talk show, diehard fans can take you back to her days of reigning on the radio. Those really in the know can even recall her infamous split from HOT 97 back in 1998, which has long been rumored to be influenced by pressure from Diddy (then Puff Daddy) after Williams posted an image on her website showing what appeared to be an intimate moment between him and another man.

Knowing what we’ve recently discovered so far about the sexual assault crimes that resulted from the infamous “freak off” parties of Diddy (now ‘Inmate 37452-054’), Wendy seems to be getting all her props for calling things out early.

Williams made a rare public statement via DailyMail (seen above) to give her two cents on a former rival, telling the outlet that it’s “about time” his menacing ways come to light. “But now you have to think: how many more times,” she questioned about the possibility of what could come next, further adding, “How many people? How many more women? It’s just so horrible.’”

Her comments led many to do some digging, and a 2017 appearance that Diddy made on The Wendy Williams Show proved to be an interesting point of focus. In addition to showing their “growth” as adults for even sitting with each other given the history, his comment about her then-teenage son who he had “met backstage” sounds way more menacing looking back.

 

If not for nothing, it’s just good to hear Wendy speaking on “hot topics” once again. May her pending return be a quick, swift and most of all healthy one.
