Dense Fog Advisory issued for Lowcountry
CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCBD) – The National Weather Service has issued a Dense Fog Advisory for all of South Carolina, which may impact your commute on Wednesday morning.
The National Weather Service reports that the advisory is in effect until 10 a.m. Storm Team 2 says that a few isolated showers are expected throughout the morning and into the afternoon.
“The highest probability of rain will be later this afternoon, but we cant rule out some isolated showers during the daylight hours today,” said meteorologist Josh Marthers. “And into the evening as the cold front sweeps through that’s when we see our highest chance for showers and maybe even a couple of thunderstorms.”
Marthers adds that temperatures are in the 50-60s during the morning hours and will increase to around 75 degrees in the afternoon.
