North Charleston man arrested for multiple child sex crimes
CHARLESTON COUNTY, S.C. (WCBD) – The Charleston County Sheriff’s Office has arrested a man on several charges related to sexual crimes involving children.
Frank Locklear, 36, of North Charleston was arrested on Friday, March 14, after a search warrant was conducted at his residence in the 6600 block of Dorchester Road.
Deputies say Locklear was charged with four counts of sexual exploitation of a minor in the third degree and two counts of sexual exploitation of a minor in the second degree.
Homeland Security Investigations, the U.S. Marshals Service Task Force, the Summerville Police Department, and the Mount Pleasant Police Department assisted with the arrest.
