North Charleston PD identifies 3 charged in shooting off Raddison Lane

NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCBD) – Three people are facing charges in connection with a shooting on Raddison Lane that injured two people.

Officers with the North Charleston Police Department responded to an address Raddison Lane around 2:30 p.m. Monday and learned that two people had been shot.

The victims were taken to an area hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

Police said that three suspects were taken into custody after a brief pursuit. Those arrests included:

Devontay McNeil, 19, from Huger, is charged with two counts of attempted murder and possession of a weapon during a violent crime.

Sentel McNeil, 19, from Huger, is charged with accessory after the fact of attempted murder, and assault and battery by mob second degree.

Sean Ellison, 21, from Alabama, is charged with assault and battery by mob second degree.

Police say the investigation is ongoing.
