Crews responding to Berkeley County brush fire

BERKELEY COUNTY, S.C. (WCBD) – Multiple fire agencies are responding Thursday afternoon to a Berkeley County brush fire.

Officials with Berkeley County told News 2 that the seven-acre fire is burning off North Creek Drive near US 176.

Pine Ridge Fire Rescue is on scene along with partner agencies, including Central Berkeley County Fire & EMS, and Moncks Corner Rural Fire Dept.

While there are no current road closures, officials said there is low visibility near State Road and North Creek Drive.
